Current version: 3.3.0. Newest first. A minor update reaches every installed site automatically. A major version, or any release that asks for a new permission, waits until your Jira administrator approves it.
Version 3.3.0 — Evidence and Remediation
Released 29 September 2026
New Features
- Link an ISO/IEC 42001 control to the Jira issues doing the work. Each issue's status is read live, as the person viewing it, and the app creates no issue
- Evidence now falls due for review twelve months after its review date, and implemented controls show when they need another look
- The Statement of Applicability lists each control's evidence, with its review date
- The AIMS Policy ends with a sign-off table: who prepared it, and room for top management to sign
Improved Features
- Changing an AI system's role reclassifies it, because a provider's obligations are not a deployer's
- Deleting a record or withdrawing access now asks first, and says what the audit trail keeps
- Audit trail entries use the words you see on screen, and system updates name what changed
- The newest version of each document is listed first
- Jira now calls projects spaces, and the app's wording follows: "Space settings → AI management access"
- The Impact Assessment says when a classification is provisional, and its wording is cleaner
- Dates show in a consistent day-month-year format, including in the audit pack, and the audit trail shows times
- Readiness bars are green only when a score is on track, and the self-assessment scale no longer wraps awkwardly
Security Fixes/Patches
- None in this release.
Defect Fixes
- Fixed: switching tabs in the workspace showed out-of-date data until the page was reloaded
- Fixed: a system's classification could disagree with its role after the role was changed
- Fixed: the AIMS Policy sign-off named nobody
- Fixed: the control page did not refresh its history after linking or unlinking an issue, and could show a status twice
- Fixed: tables ran off the edge of the screen on smaller displays
- Fixed: the evidence date picker showed US-format dates and offered dates in the future
- Fixed: the admin page never showed "Saved.", jumped to the wrong tab after a withdrawal, and counted access grants as people
- Fixed: the space settings page did not confirm that access had been granted
- Fixed: an audit pack link to a missing document did not correct the address bar
