One app, per agent, through Atlassian

There are no tiers
No Free, no Pro, no Enterprise. No feature is gated, no quota is metered, and there is no upgrade prompt anywhere in the app. Everyone who has access has the same thing:
- Unlimited AI systems on the register.
- Unlimited evidence records.
- Unlimited generated documents, and every version kept.
- Unlimited people with access, at whichever level you choose for each.
- All six documents, the full 65-control catalogue, and the whole audit trail.
That is not generosity, it is a consequence of how Marketplace apps for Jira Service Management are licensed: by agent, by Atlassian. Once you are licensed, the entitlement question has been answered, and a second, weaker version of it inside our code could only ever go wrong — by telling a customer they had hit a limit they had already paid to pass.
What "per agent" means
Atlassian prices Marketplace apps for Jira Service Management by the number of agents on your site — the licensed users of JSM itself — not by how many of them use this app. It is the same count your JSM subscription uses, so there is nothing new to administer and nothing to true up.
Practically: if ten agents are on your service desk and three of them touch the AI management system, you pay for ten. We would rather say that plainly than have it be a surprise on the invoice.
Buying it
- Trial. Atlassian's standard free trial applies, from the listing.
- Billing. By Atlassian, on your existing Atlassian bill. We never see a card, and there is no separate contract to sign.
- Procurement. If your organisation has already approved Atlassian as a vendor, a Marketplace app is usually inside that approval. That is often the fastest part of buying this.
- If the licence lapses. Your data is untouched and still readable. Nothing is deleted, and an administrator can restore access from Manage apps.
What it replaces
An ISO 42001 readiness engagement is typically £10,000 to £25,000, and it produces a document set that starts going stale the week the consultants leave. This is not a substitute for advice on the hard judgement calls — it is a substitute for paying somebody to build you a spreadsheet, and then paying them again next year to find out what changed.
